Sport is a vehicle to better mental health and wellbeing and learning to enjoy the journey is vital for success.
Sport and living in the mountains is not only my passion but a way of life. Combining this with psychology, flow, mindfulness and mental health my purpose is to help athletes - from any sport and any level - acquire the mental skills that unlock flow and opens the door to optimal performance in sport and life.
